At EXIT Realty JP Rothermel, I am ready to assist you in purchasing a Residential Bank Owned Property (REO), or Residential Real Estate that is Corporate Owned. I am an experienced and trained to specialize with Investment Properties, Vacation Homes, or a Commercial Property that may be Bank Owned or Corporate Owned in Burlington, Camden, Ocean, Mercer, Cape May, and Atlantic Counties in Southern and Central New Jersey.

At EXIT Realty JP Rothermel, I have access to all of the residential or commercial properties that are being currently listed for sale by the Banks or Corporate Owned. For my Featured Properties that are Bank Owned I work closely with the Asset Managers from the pre-listing through the closing.

Some tasks that I can handle are; Cash for Key, Securing the Property, Property Preservation, Property Clean Outs, Visual Property Inspections, Property Maintenance, Property Repairs, and many other tasks that are required by the Asset Managers. Once the property is listed I communicate with the Asset Managers regularly, giving them property feedback for all showings and keep them apprised of any and all changes untill the property is successfully sold and closed.
